SuperFlo
FROM RAILCAR TO ROAD,
THE BULK DISTRIBUTION EXPERTS

Does your company require bulk product handling
services beyond tank truck transport?
SuperFlo extends the Superior Bulk Logistics (SBL) tradition of

TRANSLOADING SERVICES
Served by major railroads, regional rail carriers and short lines,
SuperFlo's national rail transfer network can accommodate virtually
any logistics requirement. SuperFlo facilities have extensive
railcar capacity, transferring millions of pounds of product annually. We
also ship product in IBC's (totes) and ISO tank containers.
PRODUCT STORAGE and BLENDING
SERVICES
|
|
|
One of our current SuperFlo locations
serving the chemical industry features sixteen storage tanks
with a total capacity exceeding 270,000 gallons. This allows
flexibility for custom blending of product and quick response
to short term inventory needs, while optimizing railcar utilization.
The facility also features over 4,000 feet of stainless steel
piping to move product from railcar to storage tank to tank
truck, or directly from railcar to tank truck. An onsite
laboratory prepares product Certificates of Analysis.
At a food grade SuperFlo site, dual railroad service to this
state-of-the-art, 100-railcar facility offers customers competitive
options. With intra-facility railcar switching done
by SBL, direct railcar-to-tank truck transloading is enhanced
by the option of transloading liquid products from railcar
to indoor, temperature-controlled storage tanks, and dry
bulk products from railcars to silos. Sugar-melting
capability is available onsite to facilitate inbound rail
deliveries of dry bulk sugar, as well as tank storage and
outbound bulk truck shipments of liquid sugar. An onsite
laboratory provides product sample analysis; pasteurization
and microbial sampling services also are available.

A SEAMLESS APPROACH TO LOGISTICS SERVICES
SuperFlo can coordinate transloading services with other elements
of your distribution chain. You'll benefit from multi-modal
efficiencies, with the assurance of having one family of companies
serve all your bulk transloading and trucking needs.
ONE OF NORTH AMERICA'S LARGEST
BULK TRANSFER NETWORKS
From California to Maine, our
rail transfer facilities are seamlessly supported by
the infrastructure and resources of Superior Bulk Logistics'
bulk truck companies, Superior Carriers and Carry Transit.
While we offer broad geographic coverage, if your business
is unable to utilize an existing SuperFlo site, or
if you prefer a dedicated transloading operation, we'd
welcome the opportunity to create a new SuperFlo facility
in your area.
